14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible items. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- The item(s) must be free from any stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer.
- Items such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, and cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective upon arrival.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us through info@upper-dna-wear.com.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code (RAC).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation email.
- Clearly write the return authorization code (RAC) on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your convenience.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange. The following options are available:
- Refund: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchange: If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, we will process the exchange based on availability. Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference.

Damage//d or D/efective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards or vouchers.
